About m-hance Active Documents
m-hance Active Documents is a document CMS software solution that works inside Microsoft Dynamics to send out customer and company files. At the start, users can design templates for all of their documents. Whenever a financial transaction occurs, the program can create a document for it, fill it in with Dynamics data and send it out to the appropriate party. Meanwhile, vendors and customers can drill down into each invoice or billing transaction to inspect and verify it. As payables go out and receivables come in, the system automatically adjusts all Dynamics data so that all changes are reflected on future documents. Lastly, m-hance Active Documents can send out financial statements to customers and vendors who want them.
