About Insight Mobile Manager

Insight Mobile Manager is a hotel management software solution that works across mobile devices to provide users with key information on hotel operations. Upon logging into the program, users can see information on incoming guests, room occupancy rates, VIP arrivals and staffing numbers. The system can then drill down into each of these areas. For instance, users can view reservation levels over user-defined time periods, each room’s condition, incoming revenue and more.

The product can identify which hotel areas need more staffing, and casino loyalty rewards are available for guests. Lastly, Agilysys Insight Mobile Manager can store profiles on guests that show the guests’ preferred accommodation setups.
