MindManager is a collaboration software solution that allows workers to maintain ideas, meetings and projects in a single space. The program organizes all project data in a visual sandbox where connected pieces of data are tied together by lines. Users can drag and drop different data cards around, prioritize certain tasks and organize all information.
As time progresses, users can submit their own comments on data cards and update budget and schedule figures. The system can export these whiteboards as files that work for Microsoft and Apple platforms, and users can work across multiple whiteboards simultaneously. Lastly, Mindjet MindManager alerts users of milestones when they come to pass.
