NetMotion Mobile IQ is a network management software solution that works across mobile devices to collect data and address service issues. After installing software agents on mobile devices, users can see the location of each device, view geographic areas with poor signal quality and identify dead zones.
From there, the program can run a number of reports and filter out report data by a number of different criteria. For instance, users can see usage trends, the most commonly served devices and apps and track all inventory. Lastly, the platform can work across VPNs and identify which apps and assets use the most bandwidth.
