Dayforce HCM is human capital management software that facilitates hiring, payroll, benefits, HR records, staff scheduling and compliance monitoring processes. The platform is built on a single database, is equipped with an employee self-service portal that allows employees to manage pay information from any location, and supports benefits enrollment processes through provided decision support tools and automated employee eligibility updates and changes.
