Yesterday, Interactive Intelligence Middle East, a regional division of the IP business communications solutions provider, announced a partnership agreement made with 2share, a Saudi Arabian end-to-end enterprise communications provider. As part of the agreement, 2share will sell, promote, and service Interactive Intelligence products and solutions in the Saudi market.

2share will promote Interactive Intelligence’s Customer Interaction Center application suite, which manages contact center interactions on a single platform designed for SIP and voice over IP (VoIP). The Saudi company will also promote Interaction Process Automation (IPA), a fully packaged solution with a graphical authoring tool, service-oriented architecture, an orchestration engine for process management, a presentation framework to create user interfaces, real-time monitoring, and reporting.
